Maisy is a young Maltese x who just loves people and has no hesitation in showing them just how much. This young lady is calm among multiple other small dogs and pretty much takes most things in her stride.

Maisy suffers from some separation anxiety therefore it is essential she has a home where there is another small canine companion, as well as a family that aren’t away from home for long hours each day. Maisy enjoys spending time with her family, whether it is going on walks, drives in the car or just relaxing at home. As long as she is with her family, Maisy is happy.

Maisy is quite a shy young lady who doesn’t have a lot to say unless it’s immediately after her favourite human returns home and then Maisy will communicate her excitement for a very short time before settling down again. She has also been known to give an excited little nip on her human’s bottom. Her foster carer is working with her to reduce this excitable behaviour.

Maisy is still very much a puppy and like many young dogs can be a little mouthy when she plays with her human, something that she enjoys during her night-time cuddles. However it has been very easy to put a stop to this by interrupting play when she displays this inappropriate behaviour. Maisy has a beautiful, high maintenance coat that requires lots of grooming but which can be kept clipped during the summer months.

Due to her young age Maisy will require ongoing basic training to help her become a model doggie citizen. As she is very food focused she will continue to respond very well to training. Due to Maisy’s puppy like ways, she will require a family with children over the age of 15 years.

Maisy has a beautiful nature and her puppy like behaviour is very easily managed and trainable so don’t be deterred from meeting this gorgeous girl. You won’t be disappointed. She is waiting for you at Metford, NSW; Date of Birth: 07/12/2013
