Nova Pooch Rescue Inc. (previously known as Newcastle Pound Pooch Rescue) is 100% operated on a voluntary basis and was founded officially in August 2011.

Originally formed in the Newcastle N.S.W. region we now have foster carers spread throughout the east coast of N.S.W. from Tamworth all the way to Wilberforce.

The aim of the rescue is to ethically save “at risk” pooches from various sectors of the community (shelters, private surrenders) and to responsibly rehome them into permanent and loving homes.
